We couldn't agree more. If Cause is to have substance, then the effect is the execution. Action speaks louder than words. We call that the Positive Imperative. Positive Thought (with the possible exception of meditation), is really incongruent, a neutral and therefore in reality a negative. Positive Imperative means to make a declaration with the congruent intent of manifesting Positive Constructive Actions at all times. The ultimate understanding of which is Ownership of the responsibility to "BE" THE CHANGE, manifested by the BE ~ DO ~ Have anology. "BE" the congruent positive Person when you "DO" the things that Positive congruent people do, then you will "HAVE" a rewarding life and make a difference. If you are not a part of the solution then you are a part of the problem!

great lead-in to the final sentence .. i am of the opinion that transformation is the natural result of developing a more subtle awareness ... it is automatic, but that is too much to say for many people ..

however we get there, transformation is needed, culturally, globally, personally .. and where to start but with ourselves ..

The truisms written here are rather banal, and have a biblical naivety about them. New age 'spiritual' fluff without much substance. Have you not heard of Edward de Bono? He published a book entitled 'The Use of Lateral Thinking' in 1967. I think Mr Lent and Mr Sincalir are very behind the curve here....

i need to distinguish between change, innovation, and transformation .. and the latter word is a good place to talk about edward de bono ...

in languages other than english, sanskrit at least, understandings about subtler aspects of consciousness are built in ... ...my desire is to get to a place where we can talk about subtle aspects of consciousness, in english, where true creation happens, and not merely alternative concept creation, which is my understanding of mr. bono's lateral thinking ideas ...

i agree with you that "new age spiritual fluff" is to be avoided, especially with western-educated minds, but the nature and structure of consciousness holds a few practical things well worth discovering.
